In the 2016 Low-carbon City Action Plan, we have continued to promote low carbon sustainable home certification action projects through various action activities to make Kaohsiung City a low-carbon city. Among the action activities promoted were low-carbon energy-saving improvement demonstrations or the use of intelligent electricity monitoring in school campuses, energy-saving improvement program for the disadvantaged organizations and community energy efficiency improvement demonstration program, and wide propagation of results after finish selecting the demonstration sites, including organizing one session of wrap-up presentation to provide the communities, schools, organizations and the general public under the jurisdiction of Kaohsiung City with low-carbon information and the opportunities to exchange experience, and joint discussion of technologies and methods to establish a low-carbon city. The aims are to allow Kaohsiung City to play its role as a low-carbon city potential of low-carbon sustainable home certification, and gradually implement the reduction and adjustment of sustainable city construction measures to create a model of low-carbon sustainable city
